Our prepaid roaming add-ons ONLY work in the United States, Canada, and Digicel Caribbean countries; these are data-only plans.

If you do not want to buy a roaming add-on, you can top up your wallet while traveling to the United States, Canada, and Digicel Caribbean Countries, or anywhere in the world. You can use all services, including data, SMS, and voice, by topping up your wallet.

We strongly advise you to check our prepaid roaming rates page to determine the correct amount.

Our Prepaid Roaming Plans do not work Internationally.

We strongly recommend you top up your wallet to access data and make voice calls. ( See the charging table or enter the visiting country. )

While roaming in the countries listed above, in order to make/receive calls or send an SMS, the customer must have funds in their wallet. If the customer doesn't have a roaming plan data charges will be deducted from the wallet balance if present

While roaming in the US, the preferred roaming network is AT&T.

In Canada, the preferred networks are Rogers, Bell, and Telus.

When visiting one of Digicel Caribbean countries, the preferred network is Digicel.
