Our roam free program for postpaid customers, allows sharing of roaming units with local usage, while traveling in the United States and Canada.

For example:

Liberty Prime has 15 GB (roam free data*), 800 (roam free mins*), 800 (roam free text*), *fair usage policy applies

If you use 10 GB locally of your 15GB (roam free data) when you travel to the United States and/or Canada, you will have 5GB remaining.

If you use up all your roam-free units and keep using the service, you'll be charged based on how much you use, up to your credit limit. As a postpaid customer, you can adjust your credit limits to fit your needs. Keep in mind that if you exceed your limit, you will incur additional charges.

Each postpaid customer plan includes a credit limit that can be used locally and globally and include:

  • International roaming limit (this can be used globally for Data, SMS and/or Voice)
  • International voice limit (this can be used locally for voice calls to persons outside The United States and Canada).
  • Local voice, local data, and local text are each subject to limits. If you exceed any of your regular plan units, you can use the remaining limits locally until the new month begins.

REMINDER: To avoid additional data charges when visiting the United States, Canada, and Digicel Caribbean Countries, customers can add a roaming add-on to their plan

Postpaid customers do not have a wallet. Instead, your plan includes a default credit limit that can be used locally and globally. This limit covers your plan units if need to roam or make calls outside the United States and Canada.

While roaming in U.S., Canada, and Digicel Caribbean we strongly recommend you purchase one of our roaming plans or data add-ons to avoid credit limit or wallet credit expenses.

Carries

While roaming in the US, the preferred roaming network is T Mobile.

In Canada, the preferred network carriers are Rogers, Bell, and TELUS.

When visiting one of Digicel Caribbean countries, the preferred network is Digicel.
