If a local Aliv Customer has no plan and sends an SMS to a customer in one of the following countries listed as "Sending To". Prepaid customer are charges will be deducted from the Aliv customers wallet balance. Postpaid customer charges will be deducted from the Aliv customers consumption (credit) limit.
