How do I set up roaming when I land?

How do I activate roaming?
All SIMs are automatically provisioned for roaming, just ensure you have an active plan with roaming included, or add top-up to your ALIV number. Then you can attach to a network of your choice to start roaming. Check out our roaming plans at https://bealiv.com/roaming/
Will I be able to check my credit balance when roaming?
Yes. Just dial the credit balance short code *201# to check. You can also check your credit balance in the MyALIV app
Where will I be able to find a listing of countries I can roam in and the rates?

If I become an ALIV subscriber and travel abroad what will be my international roaming experience?

During travel am I able to purchase a roaming plan?
Yes, prepaid customers can purchase a roameasy plan or roam data add-on during travel. Select postpaid plans include 'roam free' option. For more information on ALIV roaming, please contact customer care at 611, or search online at https://www.bealiv.com/roaming/
How do I dial a Bahamian number from another country?
In order to dial a Bahamian number, you must dial +1242 instead of the usual 1242 when you are dialing the number.
How do I purchase a prepaid roaming plan or add-on?
Prepaid customers can purchase a roameasy plan or roam data add-on to stay connected to the people and things that matter to you. Roameasy plans, which include talk, text and data for use during travel, can be purchase via bealiv.com, the MyALIV app, ALIV kiosks or through authorized ALIV resellers.
