Customer FAQs

1)    What is the customer reward program?
ALIV believes that no good deed should go unnoticed. We’re rewarding our period subscribers’ ALIV  wallet with cash back and postpaid subscribers with bonus data and bill credits every time you do the right thing (pay your ALIV bill on time, purchase plans in the myALIV app, participate in approved community service, etc).

2)    When can I start participating in the rewards program?
The program starts on October 21st.

3)    Which islands can participate in the rewards program?
All islands are invited to participate.

4)    What is the process to sign up for refer a friend? 
Select Refer a friend in the myALIV app’s main menu. Enter your friend’s contact information and you’ll receive your referral reference code. They will also receive their referral code to redeem.

5)    What type of plan do I need to have? 
All pre and postpaid plans are eligible to receive rewards.

6)    If I have a prepaid plan, how can I earn rewards, and what will I receive? 
Receive 5% cashback on the myALIV app for the total plan purchases made every 30 days. ($1 for every $20).

Receive $5 cashback for every 90 days you stay on the ALIV network.

Receive $25 cashback for every friend (prepaid and postpaid) that you refer to port to ALIV that is active for 90 days.

Receive a $2 credit on your monthly nill for participating in ALIV-led community service opportunities.

7)    If I have a postpaid plan, how can I earn rewards and what will I receive? 
Receive 2GB of data every month on the remainder of your contract if you pay three consecutive months on time. You must continue paying on time to receive your bonus data reward.

Receive one free month when you renew your contract.

Receive $25 credit on your monthly bill for every friend (prepaid and postpaid) that you refer to port to ALIV that is active for 90 days.

Receive a $2 credit on your monthly bill for participating in ALIV-led community service opportunities.

8)    How long will it take for me to receive my rewards? 
For postpaid customers, you will receive your rewards on your nearest relevant bill. For prepaid customers, you will receive fulfilled rewards on the 15th day of every month.
