DELIVERY
Online orders are only eligible for delivery in New Providence.
To ensure delivery, an order confirmation is required along with a complete delivery address, that includes first and last name, email address and contact number(s). Regrettably, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers.
Deliveries are done within 1 business day . Orders placed on the weekend will be delivered the next business day. If you experience a delay in receiving your order, you may contact send an email to customercare@bealiv.com.
Delivery notifications are sent to account holders only, or the email address on file at the time the order was placed.
Items damaged during delivery or that appear to be tampered with, must be declined and an email sent to customercare@bealiv.com immediately with the order details, customer name and contact number(s). Refer to our returns policy for full instructions on returning an item. ALIV will not accept responsibility for faults or tampered deliveries if a report is not made within 24 hours.
If an order is damaged during transportation, we will provide you with a full refund without charge. The method of refund will vary based on the method of payment used to make the initial purchase. Refer to our returns policy for full return instructions.
